Start the week off with a Meatless Monday meal of spaghetti and veggie balls - a delicious vegetarian version of spaghetti and meatballs. You'll also enjoy some classic comfort food of tender pork served on a mixed veggie mash. It's topped with an irresistible creamy mustard sauce. The star of this week's menu is cumin spiced lamb with a roasted carrot and beet salad. With its interesting yet rewarding combination of flavours, it's just as good for entertaining as it is for feeding the family.
MENU TIPS
RECOMMENDED ORDER OF MEALS (for best variety and to maximise fresh ingredients):
Spaghetti and Veggie Balls • Pork with Creamy Mustard Sauce • Cumin Spiced Lamb.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
I would recommend a Chardonnay.

OTHER NOTES:
If you follow the shopping list recommendations, you'll find you end up with slightly more vegetable stock than required, and slightly less chicken stock. This has been done to maximise the ingredients, based on the quantities they are usually sold in. Don't throw the vegetable stock away! You can use it in place of the chicken stock in the cumin spiced lamb recipe.
