What’s on the menu this week? Firstly, a seafood version of my favourite Indian curry! Fish tikka masala on turmeric rice is easy, tasty and warming. Then there’s sausage and roast veggie salads, with a homemade caramelised onion dressing that really takes them up a notch. Finish off the week with a simple chicken noodle stir fry. It’s saucy, nourishing and very family-friendly.
