What’s on the menu this week? Firstly, a seafood version of my favourite Indian curry! Fish tikka masala on turmeric rice is easy, tasty and warming. Then there’s sausage and roast veggie salads, with a homemade caramelised onion dressing that really takes them up a notch. Finish off the week with a simple chicken noodle stir fry. It’s saucy, nourishing and very family-friendly.

RECOMMENDED ORDER OF MEALS (for best variety):
Fish Tikka Masala on Turmeric Rice • Sausage and Roast Veggie Salads • Chicken Noodle Stir Fry.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
Go for an off-dry Riesling.

OTHER NOTES:
Have some leftover yoghurt that you're not sure what to do with? I use it in a lot of my recipes - it's such a great way to add creaminess without too much indulgence. Try this spiced lamb with sun-dried tomato hummus, the works fettuccine or these bacon wrapped sausages with potato and egg salad.
