Get adventurous on Meatless Monday with these tempeh fusion bowls. Tandoori spiced tempeh and roasted chickpeas combine with rice, feta and a tangy, fresh salad. Next up is creamy chicken spaghetti. It looks indulgent but is actually reasonably healthy thanks to a tasty sauce made from cauliflower. The star meal this week is Korean steak tacos - they’re oh so moreish, simple and flavoursome. I’ll definitely be making this one a few more times!

My pick this week is an un-oaked Chardonnay.

OTHER NOTES:
If your steak doesn't have a very long shelf life, you could avoid having to freeze it by cooking the Korean steak tacos as the first meal of the week (and make the tempeh fusion bowls at the end of the week).
