For a delicious combination of healthy and indulgent, you can't go past this chicken, crumbed camembert and grape salad. The tangy plum dressing is a great match. The second meal on this week’s menu is Mexican bolognese - a Mexican twist on an Italian favourite! Finish the week with a vegetarian Thai yellow curry. It’s mild and creamy, and perfect for the whole family.

Chicken, Crumbed Camembert and Grape Salad • Mexican Bolognese • Thai Yellow Curry.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
A Riesling would be my pick.

OTHER NOTES:
If you haven't already tried the satay chicken skewers recipe, this is a good way to use up some of the leftover yellow curry paste. And if you're stuck with some leftover iceberg lettuce, try these bacon cheeseburger salads - they're super yum!
