Start the week off with a bit of comfort food. These juicy pork steaks are covered in soft, richly flavoured onions and served with sautéed potatoes and a crumble of salty feta. For Shrove Tuesday (Pancake Day), chicken and bacon pancake stacks are a less fiddly alternative to baked chicken and bacon crepes. Yum! Last on the menu are crispy tofu salads. The easy, oven-baked tofu is golden and crisp without any frying, and the almond dressing is sure to go down a treat!
