Hawaiian chicken pasta salad with grilled pineapple, bacon and corn is a tasty twist on regular pasta salad. If you don’t like the combination of sweet and savoury, you can easily leave out the pineapple. Next, we’re celebrating Chinese New Year through food (of course!) with an easy Chinese cumin lamb stir fry. Finish the week with a savoury tomato tarte tatin - it’s a fresh and flavoursome vegetarian dinner that celebrates in-season produce at its best.

OTHER NOTES:
