With summer in full swing, make the most of delicious seasonal fruits with this prosciutto, peach and haloumi salad. It’s a fabulous combination of fresh flavours. Next on the menu is honey soy chicken on rice. With irresistible flavours, it’s a meal the whole family will enjoy. The third recipe is just a touch gourmet - panko crumbed salmon with smashed potatoes and a creamy lemon sauce. Perfect for entertaining too!

OTHER NOTES:
