Kick Monday off with an inspired salad full of interesting textures and flavours. This chicken, broccoli and cranberry salad makes a nice change from your usual salad. Then go straight into comfort food with an easy tuna potato bake. It comes together a lot quicker than regular potato bakes, with no need to cook in the oven for ages. Asparagus and prosciutto tart is a tasty end to this week's menu, with ingredients that can easily be adjusted to suit your tastes. Warning: it's very moreish! See below for the bonus Christmas baking recipe - fudge two ways!

Choose your favourite white wine.

OTHER NOTES:
If you have some leftover sprouts, try them as a fresh, crunchy addition to sandwiches. You could also use up any leftover cream cheese this way - try a combination of ham, cream cheese, avocado and sprouts. Otherwise you can also use the sprouts in the salad that goes with the tart.
