First on the menu this week is roast pork belly - a quick weeknight version served with sweet potato mash and an easy homemade apple sauce. Curried chickpeas on roti are a flavoursome Indian-style vegetarian meal, and you can easily adjust the spice level to your liking. Finish the week off with quick and easy Mediterranean noodles. If you don’t like using frankfurters, diced chicken thighs are a nice alternative.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
A Riesling.

OTHER NOTES:
If you have some leftover baby spinach after the curried chickpeas meal, try stirring it through the Mediterranean noodles.
