What's cooking this week? Lemon pepper fish on ciabatta with lots of fresh salad is a delicious spring meal. Then there's the works fettuccine - an easy pasta that’s a loaded-up version of fettuccine carbonara. It’s a complete one-bowl meal packed full of delicious ingredients. Steak on mixed veggie rostis with rich brown gravy is a gourmet weeknight dinner that is equally as good for entertaining. Don't skimp on the yummy sauce!

RECOMMENDED ORDER OF MEALS (for best variety and use of fresh ingredients):
Lemon Pepper Fish on Ciabatta • The Works Fettuccine • Steak on Mixed Veggie Rostis.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
I would choose a Pinot Gris.

OTHER NOTES:
The fettuccine doesn't use up a whole block of feta cheese - try using some of it in the salad for the lemon pepper fish. Yum!
