If you're a peanut butter lover, then these satay tofu noodles are for you! This meal even happens to be vegan, if that's something you're into. If not, use chicken instead of tofu. Next on the menu is crunchy crumbed chicken tenders served on a salad packed with tasty ingredients. This is a really yummy meal that still has decent nutritional value. Beef florentine filo pie is a delicious way to finish off the week - rich, savoury mince covered with a cheesy spinach layer and finished with crisp, golden filo pastry sheets. If you haven’t tried this pie before, you’re missing out! Enjoy x
MENU TIPS
RECOMMENDED ORDER OF MEALS (for best variety and use of fresh ingredients):
Satay Tofu Noodles • Crumbed Chicken Tenders • Beef Florentine Filo Pie.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
A Rosé would work well.

OTHER NOTES:
You might have a few sheets of filo pastry left over, which you can easily turn into a delicious dessert! Stew a couple of apples with a little sugar, water and squeeze of lemon juice for 10 minutes, until soft. Mix in a sprinkle of sultanas and wrap individual portions in filo pastry. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and bake for 15 minutes, until golden. Serve with ice cream. Yum!
