First on the menu this week is almond coated fish with honey roast veggies, steamed green beans and lemon aioli. Coating the fish in almond meal (ground almonds) gives it such a yummy texture and flavour. The chargrilled chicken sandwiches are super easy to make yet still taste so delicious. Chargrilled steak is a great alternative to chicken, if you like. The final recipe, tomato and bacon pasta, is simple and quick home cooking - perfect for busy weeknights.

RECOMMENDED ORDER OF MEALS (for best use of fresh ingredients):

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
A white wine will go well with all three meals - choose your favourite.

OTHER NOTES:
You may have some sundried tomato pesto left over, which doesn't keep for long. Try using it up in these Mediterranean Meatloaves (you can even replace the sundried tomatoes in the meatloaves with pesto).
