Jumbo stuffed pasta shells are a great way to kick off the week (Meatless Monday, anyone?). Full of spinach and fecotta (or ricotta), this meal is the perfect nourishing comfort food. The beef and broccoli stir fry is an easy mid-week meal - it's saucy, mild and family-friendly. And if you've ever wondered how to get sausage rolls into your dinner rotation, I've found a way: just add a few extra veggies and serve with a big helping of spring slaw. Yum!
MENU TIPS
RECOMMENDED ORDER OF MEALS (for best variety):
Stuffed Pasta Shells • Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry • Pork, Apple and Cheddar Sausage Rolls.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
Choose a sweeter white (Pinot Gris or Riesling).

OTHER NOTES:
Any leftover ingredients this week should be non-perishable items and will keep for future menus :-)
