This week's menu features the delicious combination of chicken, kumara and orange in a fresh, light salad; mini Mediterranean meatloaves packed full of flavour; and a simple but oh-so-moreish mushroom and feta tart with thyme and caramelised onions.

USE UP LEFTOVER INGREDIENTS:
You are likely to have some sundried tomato pesto and rocket leftover from this week's menu. Use them up with a quick and easy pasta meal. Fry some chopped bacon, cook some pasta and toss together with the pesto. Top with rocket and grated parmesan to serve. Yum!
