This week is all about cooking yummy, nutritious meals with budget-friendly proteins. Toad in the hole with caramelised onion gravy and steamed veggies is the perfect winter warmer. Try the lemon garlic chicken drumsticks with warm kale, kumara and feta salad for an easy, inexpensive dinner. Tuna mornay pasta bake is macaroni cheese with a twist - and if you don't like tuna, there are plenty of other options!

OTHER NOTES:
This week's menu uses only a small portion of sundried tomatoes. These keep for a long time in the refrigerator, so save them for another recipe (hint: you'll be needing some for one of next week's meals!).
