On the menu this week is smokey pork paprika with creamy mash and tender green beans. Golden stir fry tofu is a super quick and tasty vegetarian meal that you can have on the table in under half an hour. The Greek-style nachos are one of my favourite dinners - they're a cross between nachos and a salad (which means you can justify having them a little more often than regular nachos!).
RECOMMENDED ORDER OF MEALS (for best variety):
Smokey Pork Paprika • Golden Stir Fry Tofu • Greek-Style Nachos.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
Go for a Riesling.

If you don't have regular paprika and smoked paprika in your pantry already, you can just use all smoked paprika instead.
