What’s cooking this week with Y.U.M? First up, a summer salad with garlic butter chicken, roast kumara and homemade dukkah. Teriyaki beef roll ups are next, served on fried rice with pickled ginger. Round out the week with vegetarian roti wraps - a simple, veggie-packed and delicious alternative to kebabs. Yum!

OTHER NOTES:
Have some leftover roti/paratha and garlic butter? Try a cheesy garlic roti with your favourite curry. After cooking one side of the roti, flip and drizzle with garlic butter and grated cheese. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes before serving. Delicious!
