OTHER NOTES: Have some leftover roti/paratha and garlic butter? Try a cheesy garlic roti with your favourite curry. After cooking one side of the roti, flip and drizzle with garlic butter and grated cheese. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes before serving. Delicious!
