This sweet and savoury combination makes a great family dinner, plus it’s both nutritious and delicious! Butter chicken salad offers a lighter, more summery alternative to a heavy curry. It’s packed with flavour and still filling. End the week with vegetarian red pepper pasta. It gets its colour and flavour from a creamy roasted capsicum sauce. Yum!
