A very moreish selection of meals this week! First on the menu is a creamy French onion potato bake, served with simple pan fried steak and a big salad. Next up is hoisin chicken on fried rice. This easy family meal is quick to whip up and nutritious too. Round out the week with pizza night. These vegetarian aubergine pizzas feature a white sauce, grilled eggplant, garlic, mozzarella and pesto. YUM!

If you purchased 500g crème fraîche for this menu, you will likely have 100g leftover! This crunchy top chicken uses that exact amount, and is a really yummy meal.
