This cafe-style salad is full of delicious and nutritious ingredients, and works just as well with chicken instead of salmon. Then, enjoy feta crusted roast lamb with some incredibly delicious garlic butter roast potatoes. Round out the week with restaurant-quality chicken and bacon fettuccine. The luxuriously creamy pesto-infused sauce is made without any cream, and is mouthwateringly good!

OTHER NOTES: With salmon, lamb, chicken and bacon, this week's menu isn't the most budget-friendly (sorry!!). Here are some quick tips if you need to cut down a little - swap salmon fillets for tinned salmon or shredded roast chicken, use bone-in or boneless chicken thighs instead of lamb, and skip the smoked chicken (but increase the quantity of bacon a little). Too easy!
