What’s cooking this week? First on the table, a maple roasted pear salad. Fresh rocket is topped with caramelised pears, kumara, walnuts and haloumi, then finished off with a maple mustard vinaigrette. Family-friendly sausage korma curry is next. Serve with basmati rice, quick pickled veggies and Greek yoghurt. Finish the week with ricotta, leek and ham tarts. They’re simple and tasty, with an interesting side of parmesan-crumbed cauliflower.

Leftover coconut cream? Try adding a little to a fruit smoothie (pop some of the leftover baby spinach in while you're at it!) - it's delicious 😋
