This week’s meals feature a great variety of flavours and ingredients. Start the week with an easy 30 minute dinner. Asian-inspired honey soy fish is simmered with veggies in a flavoursome sauce, then spooned over soba noodles. Next up, a Mediterranean lamb salad. This warm salad features roast lamb, broccoli and lemon bulghur wheat, and a yoghurt feta sauce. Last on the menu is sausage ragu on creamy mash. It has plenty of well-disguised veggies and legumes!
