This week's menu features lots of salad and fresh produce, before daylight saving ends and comfort food becomes the norm! Chicken and pumpkin salad is a tasty way to start the week. The maple mustard dressing doubles as a coating for the very moreish roasted pretzel topping. Crispy tofu burgers are next. They're baked rather than fried, and still crunchy and delicious! Round out the week with a warm butterflied lamb salad. It’s loaded with greens, pearl barley and feta.
