If you like your meals full of flavour, this week’s menu will go down a treat! Tamarind chicken is first on the dinner table. It’s sweet yet sour and pairs perfectly with caramelised eggplant, crunchy peanuts and fluffy rice. Fragrant beef and lentil salad is next, with strips of haloumi, crunchy almonds and a balsamic soy dressing. End the week with a simple roasted beetroot, feta and herb pasta, topped with crispy breadcrumbs.
MENU TIPS
RECOMMENDED ORDER OF MEALS (for best variety and use of fresh ingredients):
Tamarind Chicken • Beef and Lentil Salad • Roasted Beetroot Pasta.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
Pinot Noir or Sauvignon Blanc would work well with all of these meals.
