Summer salads are back on the menu this week! Also, good news if you follow a gluten-free diet - this week’s menu is largely gluten-free. First up, a Mediterranean salmon salad. It features a whole lot of goodness and can be whipped up in just 25 minutes. Chicken and plum salad is next on the menu, with crunchy homemade croutons and your choice of cheese. Round out the week with a samosa potato salad, served with spiced lamb, wilted spinach and almonds.
