Quick and easy are where it’s at with this week’s menu. All meals ready in 25 minutes! First up are chicken poke bowls, loaded with moreish saucy chicken, Asian slaw, corn, pineapple and peanuts. Yum! Next on the menu is a smoked salmon salad, made a little gourmet with pan fried asparagus and parmesan puff pastry croutons. Round out the week with pesto ravioli.
