Welcome to a yummy week of meals! Paella tray bake is first on the menu. It’s easy to make, combining budget-friendly chicken drumsticks with flavoursome chorizo and lots of veggies. Next up - haloumi burgers. Smashed avocado, aioli and tomato relish make them extra saucy. Finish the week with Middle Eastern meatballs, made from a combination of chickpeas, lamb mince and fragrant spices. Serve with roasted eggplant on creamy cauliflower purée.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
Go for a Rosé.

OTHER NOTES:
Not sure whether to buy the balsamic glaze or not? It's a great, easy addition to most other salads. Also try it with a gourmet breakfast stack - smashed avocado on toast with poached egg, rocket, tomato and bacon, salmon or haloumi!
