With the weather warming up, this week’s meals are salad focused and full of fresh ingredients! First up - fish on Israeli couscous salad. Enjoy free time while the beef cooks, or use it to make the wraps from scratch. End the week with a tandoori chicken salad. It’s full of flavour, thanks to tandoori paste and the addition of curry powder to both the potatoes and dressing.
