After a big week of baking, I’ve kept next week’s menu on the healthier side! Roast veggie steak salad is the first meal. This is no wimpy salad though. It features a nutty dressing and is guaranteed to fill you up. Next on the menu are teriyaki chicken noodles. A noodle salad that’s warming enough for winter. End the week with an immune-boosting super green soup. It’s served with naturally gluten-free cornbread that really steals the show.

OTHER NOTES: If you have half a red onion left over from the steak salad, this can be added to the soup with the brown onion. Can't find a smaller 300g / 10.6oz can creamed corn? No worries! Just add any extra to the soup.
