YUM is what we’d call this week’s meals! Begin the week with a hearty fish pie. It features two types of fish in a luscious sauce, topped with creamy potato and kumara mash. Check out the recipe for all the variations. Next up is oven baked chicken tikka. It’s juicy, succulent and a little bit gourmet - definitely one you could serve to guests. Last on the menu is pork and fennel pasta. A great alternative to spaghetti bolognese, served with parmesan and a simple rocket salad.
