Super creamy cauliflower and potato mash is a great match. Next up is an easy ginger beef stir fry. Just the thing for a busy weeknight. Hearty kumara soup with fried bread rounds out the menu. It’s easily made vegan or vegetarian, or you can load it up with bacon!
