YOUR ULTIMATE MENU 111   |  6th JULY 2020

A week of delicious flavours! First on the menu is honey garlic salmon. Moreish pan-fried salmon is coated in a sweet yet salty sauce, served on buttery brown rice with plenty of greens. Cornflake crumbed chicken is up next, paired with a roast leek and feta salad. This meal is a little bit different but so yummy. End the week with pizza wraps - a more dinner-like take on the popular egg wraps that are doing the rounds at the moment! These are great for meal prepping too. Happy cooking!
MENU TIPS
RECOMMENDED ORDER OF MEALS (for best variety and use of fresh ingredients):
Honey Garlic Salmon • Cornflake Crumbed Chicken • Pizza Wraps.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
A Pinot Gris.

OTHER NOTES:
Note the onion powder in the pantry staples list - this is a new addition that I haven't used before!

    We have been using your recipes for the last few months. I love how easy they are (even my kids – aged 12-16, have a turn cooking a meal each week), but how professional they often taste! Tonight we had the cornflake coated chicken and it is probably one of my favourite (of many so far).
    Thank you for this site and all your wonderful menus that have inspired our family out of a rut and out of lots of packet/jar mixes for tea!
