YOUR ULTIMATE MENU 108   |  8th JUNE 2020

Start your Y.U.M week with an Asian-spiced orange pork dish. Tangy, sweet and savoury, it features oranges, apples and tender greens. Epic Kiwi burgers are up next. Soft brioche buns are loaded up with juicy beef patties, cheese, fried eggs, onion, fresh salad and homemade burger sauce. End the week with a vegetarian lasagne. It’s super easy to assemble and perfect for the cooler months.

A Pinot Noir.

OTHER NOTES:
I recently found Pam's diced butternut pumpkin in the frozen vegetable section of the supermarket - it's a great option for the lasagne if you don't want to chop your own!
