YOUR ULTIMATE MENU 103   |  27th APRIL 2020

This week's menu starts off with a meatless Monday meal of satay kumara salad. This vegan salad tastes like something you would get at a café. Delicious warm or cold. Next up is a pearl couscous risotto with creamy mushrooms, juicy steak and green veggies. Much easier than regular risotto! Finish the week with a smoked chicken quiche. You can't go wrong with the combination of chicken, brie and cranberry (+ pastry and pine nuts) - so good!
MENU TIPS
RECOMMENDED ORDER OF MEALS (for best variety and use of fresh ingredients):
Satay Kumara Salad • Pearl Couscous Risotto • Smoked Chicken Quiche.

BEST OVERALL WINE MATCH (if you only want to buy one bottle for the 3 meals!):
Try a Pinot Noir or an off-dry Riesling.

OTHER NOTES:
Have some extra puff pastry sitting in your freezer? Try this mushroom and feta tart. It's one of my all-time favourites!
