This week's menu features two winter warmers plus a fresher, lighter meal. The first recipe, cheesy chicken pasta, is loaded up with three cheeses (YUM!) and balanced out with plenty of green veggies. Next up are Thai prawn fritters. They’re fresh and flavoursome thanks to the addition of zesty lime and fresh herbs. End the week with dessert turned dinner! A savoury bread and butter pudding topped with mushrooms and chorizo.
